1. We start calculating time when we reach your property and not when we leave our offices. Similarly, we stop calculating time when we finish at your destination.
2. A minimum of 3 hours applies to all the special offers above. In other words, all removal offers will be charged for three hours at least. Please see the FAQs for further explanation of pricing. FAQs also form part of terms and conditions; please ensure that you have gone through them.
3. Prices are charged for the started hour and NOT when the hour completes. For instance, if you run into the third hour (e.g. 3 hours 20 minutes), you will be charged for 4 hours. Please see pricing section of the FAQs for further clarification. The FAQs form part of the general terms and conditions.
4. Offers are subject to availability of particular vehicle i.e. Long-wheel base 450 cu. ft standard van; as well as extra flight of stairs there is an additional £10 charge. Jobs are booked on first come first served basis. You are more likely to get the offer if you are flexible with dates and times or if you enquire is good time. If you enquire and a slot is available to suit your timings we advise to book it without delay.
1. Offers do not apply to piano moves or antiques. Please visit our piano removal page for details about moving a Piano.
2. Offers are only applicable to city of Edinburgh. And do not apply if either address is outside the city bypass (the A720). Offers can be extended to areas within 10 miles of Edinburgh city, such as Musselburgh, Rosewell, Penicuik, Balerno, Ratho, Kirkliston, Dalmeny, Queensferry etc. for additional £10 per hour.
3. Offer prices are only applicable to week days (Mon-Thurs). These offers can be extended to Friday & Saturday for additional £10 per hour and Sunday for £15 per hour.
4. Offers are only applicable to Long-wheel base 450 cu. ft standard van and does not include Luton Vans, or 7.5 Ton Vehicles. These offers can be extended to Luton vans for additional £10 per hour.

We understand that for larger properties – 3 bedroom or bigger -you may find it difficult to estimate the amount of hours or man power required – you are not alone we find it difficult too. For larger properties we can also arrange a free visit and provide you a fixed quote if you like.
